Cornelis, a member of the Dutch bar since 1988, specialises in construction and property law. In addition to general business law consultation to businesses, his practice focuses on construction and procurement law, project and area development, real estate investment transactions, the international hotel industry, expropriation, rental law, architectural law, spatial planning/environmental law and licensing, and carrying out proceedings in these areas. Cornelis is a member of the Association for Construction Law Attorneys (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht-Advocaten), the Association for Procurement Law (Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht), the Association for Corporate Litigation (Vereniging voor Corporate Litigation) the Association for Art, Culture and the Law (Vereniging Kunst, Cultuur en Recht).

Jetske, a member of the Dutch bar since 1992, specialises in rental and property law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the civil aspects of real estate law, including project development, drawing up contracts, purchase/sales, construction disputes and business law. Jetske advises clients as they carry out transactions involving existing real estate or real estate that is yet to be developed, along with real estate in the renovation/repurposing of empty buildings (including hotels, apartments and student housing, and other premises) throughout all the stages of a project. Jetske also provides consultation and litigation when it comes to rental issues, including the more complex issues, and assists clients in drawing up and/or reviewing rental agreements and carrying out negotiations on this topic.

From 1992 to 2002, Jetske worked as a lawyer attached to the real estate department at Van Doorne, while from 2002 to 2005, she worked at Warendorf’s real estate department. She has worked at Slangen Advocaten since 2006. Jetske is a member of the Association of Rental Law Lawyers (Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten) and the Association for Construction Law (Vereniging van Bouwrecht). She completed her specialised training at the Association of Rental Law Lawyers in 1997.
