Who we are?

Slangen Advocaten’s lawyers are specialists in real estate, in the broadest sense of the word. The precise contours of our work are not easy to define. Real estate is much too diverse an area for this, with a lot of overlap with other legal areas. Generally speaking, it's in such matters as construction disputes, joint ventures, contract formation, turnkey projects, design-build, area development and real estate investments that we really shine. These matters can raise issues with private-law or public-law components.

Slangen Advocaten has exceptional expertise in the real estate sector. This expertise is evident from the wide variety of clients for which Slangen Advocaten works: from property developers to municipalities, from investors to schools of higher education and care institutions, and from contractors to homeowner associations.

Slangen Advocaten consists of four lawyers. Please allow us to briefly introduce ourselves to you.
